Manufactured with natural, translucent polyethylene, Caplugs HSF Series High Pressure Split-Flange Covers HSF-32 are caps that are specifically designed to protect four-bolt split-flange connections. They are available in several high pressure sizes, capping nominal flange sizes ranging from ½" to 2". This particular model fits Nominal Flange Size 2". Our HSF Series caps can be easily installed onto connections and feature an internal bead for a positive locking grip, thereby preventing the entry of dust, dirt and other debris that could potentially affect the performance and integrity of the connection. Their clear color allows for the O-ring to remain visible after application. Caplugs HSF Series High Pressure Split-Flange Covers are fabricated from low-density polyethylene (LD-PE), a flexible and durable material that is resistant to water and a wide range of chemicals and weather types, and they have a service temperature range of -94° F (-70° C) to 175° F (79° C).
